Sacramento raised, a mama, gym girl, beauty lover, product junkie, and someone who believes a really good day includes strong coffee, good food, time with the people she loves and enough room to actually relax.
Her coffee order is very specific: an iced quad espresso with brown sugar + sweet cream.
She loves skincare, makeup, waxing, decorating her space, putting together a cute outfit, old-school + alternative R&B, and apparently a really good sandwich.Behind the chair, Kiana has a special love for curly hair and helping guests understand and embrace their natural texture. But what she loves most is the confidence shift:

EXTENSION SPECIALIST
Tess is an experienced colorist and extension artist who loves custom blonding, lived-in dimensional color, wefts, and European keratin tips. Her work is tailored to your features, lifestyle, maintenance, and how you want to feel in your hair.
Her approach is warm, welcoming, and refreshingly honest. She believes in clear communication, guiding you through the process, and making recommendations based on what your hair can realistically achieve.
A few things to know about Tess. She grew up in a tiny town near Modesto, played competitive volleyball through 18, loves cute coffee shops and pool days, and does her best creative thinking to loud rap music.

A military veteran, mama, and talented artist behind the chair, Jackie specializes in lived-in color + luxury K-tip extensions and has even taken her work to New York Fashion Week.
Jackie is currently welcoming new guests with her own Rising Artist Menu as she builds her clientele at Wild Heart, an opportunity to experience everything you love about Wild Heart while growing alongside one of our newest artists.
She’s warm, thoughtful, incredibly driven, and genuinely loves creating a space where her guests can feel at home in her chair.

After taking a few years away to raise her growing family, Alassaundra is back at Wild Heart Beauty and we're so happy to have her home.
Behind the chair, she's known for effortless lived-in color, soft dimension, and classic blowouts that never go out of style. Her approach is simple: beautiful hair that feels natural, timeless, and easy to wear.
Outside the salon, you'll probably find her sipping an iced coconut latte, treasure hunting through vintage and record shops, photographing families, cooking from scratch, meal prepping with local farmers market finds, or spending time with the people she loves most.
She's creative by nature, intentional in everything she does, and brings that same thoughtful approach to every guest who sits in her chair.
